Aisha Jamila Hinds is a popular American actress. She is known for the roles she played on shows on television like The Shield, and True Blood. Her versatility has been demonstrated through 2003 when she has delivered outstanding performances on TV shows like 9-1-1 Detroit, 1-8-7, and Under the Dome. The first time she was noticed was for her performance as Anna in the 2005 movie Assault on Precinct 13.
